The Learning and Development Consultant/Business Partner apprenticeship is a highly applied programme that combines theoretical and practical approaches to contemporary learning and development strategies in order to design, develop or enhance practices in the workplace. This apprenticeship will suit you if you work in a learning and development (L&D) role as a generalist or a specialist, are an agent for change, influencing key stakeholders, making decisions and recommendations on what the business can/should do in an L&D context.
When you finish this apprenticeship, you will receive:
- Level 5 University Diploma in Learning and Development Practice
- Associate membership of CIPD (charges apply)
- Learning and Development Consultant/Business Partner Apprenticeship

- Managing an L&D Project
24 months with End Point Assessment (EPA) afterwards.
There is a balance of assessment mechanisms at each level utilising written assignments, Individual projects and presentations, learning logs and personal development portfolios, self-assessment, and a L&D project.
Day release delivery, blended delivery, custom delivery.
A series of one-day workshops and problem solving activities drawn from the workplace supported by active blended learning and virtual learning environment.
